At Kangaroo, we’re here to deliver you better quality and customer service every time. Our Re-Fund / Re-Print policy outlines our obligation and promise to you to ensure you are 100% happy with our quality, customer service and online shopping.
Team Photos & Related Products
Was there a spelling error on your team photo?
Individual name
Regardless of whether the error was on behalf of Kangaroo Photos or the Customer, Kangaroo Photos will print an amended copy of the photo for the individual concerned at no charge. Kangaroo Photos will absorb postage of reprint.
Whole team
If the error relates to the entire team (ie. Team Name, Age Group / Grade, Premiers / Runners Up, then Kangaroo Photos will print an amended copy of the photo for the entire team at no chage. Kangaroo Photos will absorb postage to one (1) address for entire team.
Online Action Order
Was there a spelling error on your action poster?
In order to obtain a Re-Print, please provide your online order number.
Regardless of whether the error was on behalf of Kangaroo Photos or the Customer, Kangaroo Photos will print an amended copy of the photo for the individual concerned at no charge.
Have you changed your mind?
Regardless of the reason why you have requested a refund, as long as the product is returned to Kangaroo HQ, Kangaroo Photos will provide a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and providing the product is not on the Product Exclusion List. A refund will only be processed once the product has been returned. Kangaroo Photos does not accept charges for postage.
If the refund is requested outside of the 14 day return period, Kangaroo Photos will offer you a credit (online voucher) with the value of the original item purchased, less postage.
