Online Orders

All online orders are processed, edited, printed and delivered to you within 14-21 days. If you have not received your online order after 21 days please fill out the details of your order below. Unfortunately, Australia Post does not offer exact delivery times, so we cannot give you a specific date for delivery. If you require your photos by a certain date for a present or event, please let us know in the comments section when submitting your payment and we’ll do our best to get them to you in time .

Team Photo Orders

If your enquiry is in regards to a pre-paid team photo order that you placed with your club please take note of the following conditions. After Kangaroo Photos has conducted an official team photoshoot at your club, Kanagroo Photos sends samples to the team photo organiser for approval. Kangaroo Photos does not print team photos until all photos have been checked and approved. Generally speaking clubs can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to proof the team photos. Once we have received approval, Kangaroo Photos sends final copies of the team photo to the Club Organiser who then distributes the individual orders to the team manager who then hands them to the players who have ordered.

We offer a 100% Happy Guarantee on all our photos, posters and products. If you’re not 100% happy with your prints, just fill in the details of your order below, and post back your order to PO Box 42, altona Victoria, 3018.

Once we receive your details and products back. One of our team members will be in contact to work out a solution for you. Remember, if you have specific requests for a poster order in relation to cropping or photo placement, it may become a Custom Designed poster which is available for and additional $99. So that we can continue to offer our posters at a reasonable price, it’s not feasible for our editors to be making custom changes to all posters. That’s why we have introduced the Custom Designed poster – For those a little more fussy!
